Church Street Kids exists to help children cherish Jesus Christ, learn God’s Word, and enjoy God’s world. We provide a safe and fun environment for children from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our desire is for your child to find their lives filled with love, instruction, and fun activities all pointing them to the magnificent reality of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
Kids need to experience church as an extension of their family and come to know us as a place where they are protected and loved. We strive to ensure every child makes friends, gets involved, and feels good about spending time in our ministry. For parents, it’s more than simply giving your child a great place to be when they are away from you. We want to help parents be the primary disciple-maker in the lives of their children. This means that while we are pouring the truth of God’s Word into children, we are also active in parents’ lives, equipping them to lead their kids to love and follow Jesus.
Our kids’ programs run on Sunday mornings during Sunday School and Wednesday evenings during Midweek Connect and include music, lessons, games, and activities. The Kids hall is open to receive children 15 minutes before the published start time of the event. We encourage families to sit together during corporate worship so that children can learn from their parents how to engage in and love the gathering of God’s people for worship.
