Worship

One of the highlights in the week of every Christian is the gathering for corporate worship. This time together puts Jesus on display and helps the church to obey the commands of Scripture through hearing the Word preached, singing, praying, and observing the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s supper. Our delight in Jesus Christ is expressed through joyful celebration of the gospel and the expectation of God’s people to hear from him through his Word.

Corporate worship is more than music, but it is never without it. Here are some ways you can serve the body of Christ through musical gifts.

Worship Team

Our Worship Team consists of all vocalists and musicians who help to lead corporate worship on Sunday mornings.

• Worship Choir – Sings weekly and presents special services throughout the year.
• Instrumental Team – Combo praise band and orchestra plays for both congregational singing and anthems.
• Vocal Team – Singers help to lead worship in congregational music.

Worship Ensembles

• Vocal Groups – Various groups are assembled to bring praise in services and special events.
• Kids Choir – Helps teach the congregation new songs and participates in multi-generational special events.
• Student Worship Team – Leads student worship on Wednesdays and leads the church in corporate worship on a quarterly basis.

Media Team

Our media team ensures that the technical aspects of our services all go smoothly and aid our congregation in worship.

• Audio – Audio technicians run sound for both front of house as well as broadcast and aid in setting up sound for the services.
• Visual Media – Volunteers keep the congregation connected through running lyrics, sermon notes, and videos during the service.
• Broadcast – Volunteers broadcast our livestream by directing camera shots, operating cameras, and producing audio copies of the service.
