It’s time for another season of Basketball and Smyrna First Baptist Church has partnered with FCA(Fellowship of Christian Athletes) to bring FCA Sports to Smyrna and Cobb County.
We’re excited to offer recreational and developmental basketball for boys and girls in Kindergarten–6th Grade, where faith and sports team up!
Through our partnership with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), our goal is to create a fun, competitive, and encouraging environment where athletes can develop their basketball skills, build character, and grow in their understanding of God’s love. Each team is led by volunteer coaches, with huddles and devotions incorporated into practices throughout the season.

- 1st–2nd Grade Boys
- 1st–2nd Grade Girls
- 3rd–4th Grade Boys
- 3rd–4th Grade Girls
- 5th–6th Grade Boys
- 5th–6th Grade Girls
IMPORTANT DATES
Early Bird Registration: Closes before Fall Break // September 19th
Practices Begin: Week of November 9
Games Begin: Saturday, December 5
Practices are one hour, one night per week on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. Games are played on Saturdays between 8 AM–6 PM.
Registration includes a uniform, an end-of-season gift, and division awards.
Families registering multiple athletes receive a $20 discount per player.
